Our material
Introducing Tessera.
Tessera is our own material — designed in Europe, engineered for exceptional softness and lasting durability, and finished either as a pressed grain or a brushed suede. We named it because it deserved one.
The feel of leather
The weight, the grain, the way it creases and warms in your hand — down to the scent when you open the box.
Lower maintenance
No drying out, no cracking, no conditioning. Rain does not stain it. A damp cloth is the whole care routine.
Softens, never peels
Cheap alternatives flake within a season. Tessera is dense and fully backed, so it breaks in rather than falls apart.

What is Tessera?
Tessera is our premium leather-alternative, engineered for exceptional softness and lasting durability. It has the weight and grain of leather, but it softens with use instead of peeling, does not dry out or crack, and is far easier to live with — a damp cloth is usually all it needs.
No animal is involved. Read how it is made.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused, in original condition, with tags and the dust bag included. Return shipping is paid by the customer — we recommend a tracked service.
How do I start a return?
Email madebyenoue@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually within 24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from prolonged direct sun and rain. Store filled with tissue paper in the dust bag so the shape holds.
Our material softens and takes on character with wear — that's the material doing what it should, not a fault.
