Products and accuracy

We make every effort to display the colours, materials and details of our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of some pieces — in particular, hand-woven items from The Bali Collection are each unique, and minor differences in weave and tone are part of their character, not defects.

Pricing and orders

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, design and branding — is the property of ENOUE and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENOUE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
